Healthy Eating Eating healthy is good, weight doesn't really matter since some people are genetically(comproved fact) fat or skinny without any consequences on their health. But if you want to lose weight I lost more than 20 in three months on the Paleo Diet, which is one of(if not the) most healthy diet to follow, I had to quit because I couldn't afford it neither in money(which was short) nor in time(which I didn't had much). And don't go in the diet at once, start reducig your consume of unhealthy food little by little, at first you reduce your food consumption but not liquid nor spices(stuff like sugar, salt, etc) on the first month eat one non-diet meal by day, on the second one day per week out of the diet, on the third two meals per week out of the diet, on the fourth one one per week, on the fifth three on the month, on the sixth two, on the seventh only one, then on the eight you start the same process but for liquids, on the fifteenth for spices.
