- Hi everyone I decided to join this site because well... support from others trying to lose weight is a good thing. I have tried a couple of diets in the past but weight watchers is the one that worked best for me. I can eat the foods I like but... it makes me think about whether that oreo cookie is really worth the points. I have also tried slim fast but quickly got bored with the shakes.
