when my ulcer kicks in...diet pills, which I can't When my ulcer acts up and I can't eat any greasy, fatty food I lost 69 lbs. in 2008, when diagnosed with a giant ulcer. I have a hard time losing weight because of cripling chronic illnesses, rhuematiod arthritus, fibromyalgia...my Dr. says just move whatever you can each day...I also have a hard time getting motivated because I hurt all of the time.
