No sweet diet
No sweet diet Well, I have to admit that I'm a sweet but. So it's only obvious that by not eating them will certainly help the weight. I've been one to just watch what I eat and to decrease my serving size the scale has a positive outcome. So I've been fortunate to loose without to much effort. I find as I get older that its not as easy but one needs to keep at it. I can't afford to carry alot Of extra weight being on crutches. So it is an everyday job to loose that ugly fat.
