my unsuccessful diets
my unsuccessful diets ive tried it all but i dont have the will power for it...my mom makes good --- food i just cant turn down, but im trying for my health. the diet that worked for me, i lost 12 lbs in one week by taking Xedrine pills, but the main ingrediant was recalled because a famouse baseball player took too many and died from it...also the whole wgoing to the gym...gained muscle, lost weight but gave up when the scale didnt show different...i know now that muscle weights more than fat lol
