diets do any work?
diets do any work? I have tried them all. Low carb, liquid, you name it I did it. I also went crazy over the pills to lose the weight. Nothing worked long term until I made my own diet. I ate 5 meals a day. Small plate small portions. But didn't deprive my self of what I like. From 310 to 190 awesome!!
