All the help I can get I have been overweight for most of my life. When I moved to NY I got very sick, had surgery and lost about 70 lbs. Then I began to gain weight rapidly, and not only did I gain the 70 back but a lot more. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am going next month to meet with a bariatric surgeon. I may get a lap band procedure. I would love to chat with people who understand my situation, and I would love to be of help to anyone in need of someone to talk to.
