Dieting dilema
Dieting dilema I have tried SOO many diets as as some of them work better than others I tend to just make my own up as I go along. I mainly just drink tea (herbal and green mainly) because it is a food suppressant and then eat fruit and veg whenever I do get bored of drinking tea. Not really a healthy diet I know but when it comes to me doing sport I do eat a more balanced diet.
