Atkins works but is hard to stick with it
Atkins works but is hard to stick with it The diet that has worked best for me is Atkins. You can eat large portions so you are never hungry --good. You cannot cannot cheat or it will not work--bad. I did it and lost 20 lbs in 3 months without any excercise. I gained it back off the diet. I am going to be trying a portion size type of diet next. We'll see.
